Umpire Roster
Manage the umpires in your league. Add new umpires, update information, and track participation.
Viewing Your Roster
The umpire roster shows:
- Umpire names and contact info
- Active/inactive status
- Assignment counts
- Availability status
Inviting Umpires
To add umpires to your league:
- Go to Umpire Roster or Manage Umpires
- Click Invite Umpire
- Enter their email address
- Send the invitation
Invited umpires receive an email with a link to join your league. They’ll need to create an account if they don’t have one.
Managing Umpire Status
Set umpire status to control their access:
- Active - Can view games and receive assignments
- Inactive - Cannot view games or be assigned
To change status:
- Find the umpire in the roster
- Click the status toggle
- Confirm the change
Umpire Information
View and update umpire details:
- Contact information
- Certification level
- Experience notes
- Assignment history
Removing Umpires
To remove an umpire from your league:
- Find the umpire in the roster
- Click Remove or the delete icon
- Confirm the removal
Removing an umpire also removes them from any future game assignments. Consider setting them as inactive instead if they may return.
