Viewing Games

The game schedule is your central hub for finding available games and tracking your assignments.

The Schedule View

When you open Blue, you’ll see the game schedule showing:

• Date and Time - When the game is scheduled
• Teams - The home and away teams
• Location - Where the game will be played
• Assignment Status - Whether umpires are needed
• Cancellation Details - Cancelled games show a clear Canceled badge and the cancellation reason

Filtering Games

Use filters to find games that match your preferences:

• Date Range - View games for a specific week or month
• League - Filter by specific leagues
• Division - Filter by age group or skill level
• Game Type - Filter by game type (e.g., Regular Season, Playoffs)
• Status - Filter by game status (Scheduled, Assigned, etc.)

Saved Filters

You can save your favorite filter combinations and apply them with a single click. Saved filters remember your selections for leagues, divisions, game types, status, and more.

Creating a saved filter:

1. Set up the filters you want on the Games page
2. Click the Saved Filters dropdown (web) or the Saved Filters chip (mobile)
3. Select Save Current Filters…
4. Give your filter a name (e.g., “Tournament Games”, “My Majors”)
5. Optionally toggle Set as default so it auto-applies when you open the schedule

Managing saved filters:

• Apply: Select a saved filter from the dropdown/list to apply it instantly
• Set as default: Mark any filter as your default — it will be applied automatically when you open the game list
• Edit: Update a filter’s name or default setting
• Delete: Remove filters you no longer need

You can create up to 10 saved filters.

Auto-Filter by Your Leagues

The “Filter game list to show only my league(s)” toggle in your Profile settings still works. When enabled, it automatically creates a default saved filter called “My Leagues” with your associated leagues. Changing your default saved filter will update this toggle accordingly.

Note: New users have this filter enabled by default.

Game Details

Click on any game to see more details:

• Full game information
• Current umpire assignments
• Map link to the field location
• Notes from the league administrator

Your Assignments

Games you’re assigned to are highlighted and easy to spot. You can also:

• View only your assigned games
• See upcoming assignments on your dashboard
• Get directions to assigned game locations
